keriya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by keriya's support team may result in temporary account restriction.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their username and password. keriya recommends that members choose a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication. You must notify keriya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
keriya will never contact members requesting their password. Any communication purporting to be from keriya and requesting login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. keriya cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their credentials secure.
Members may request the closure of their keriya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Any confirmed balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
keriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, used in connection with money laundering, or associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7. In such cases, keriya may withhold funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. keriya reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to delay withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards issued by keriya are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, which will be published alongside the offer on the keriya platform. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the general principles set out in this Section 5 apply.
Bonus funds credited to a keriya account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sports betting wagers on events with odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. All sports bets placed on keriya are accepted subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the platform. keriya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, where a pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. In-play bets are accepted at keriya's discretion and may be suspended at any point during an event.
All casino and live casino games available on keriya use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing conducted in regulated studio environments. keriya's aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit keriya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.
keriya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the keriya Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the keriya platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data is collected, for what purpose, how long it is retained, and your rights in respect of that data. It is the responsibility of each member to review the Terms periodically. The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
